Delivery Policy – Pu7pl3 Designs
Order Dispatch
Orders are normally dispatched within three weeks of receiving the signed order form and full payment. Delivery times may vary depending on the size of the order, stock availability, customer location, and seasonal demand.
Urgent Orders
We are happy to accommodate urgent orders whenever possible. Please note that additional charges may apply. For urgent requests, please contact admin@pu7pl3designs.co.za directly.
Delivery Charges
Delivery fees are calculated according to the volume of goods supplied and the customer’s location.
Proof of Delivery
We kindly ask customers to sign and date invoices to confirm that their order has been received in good condition.
Claims & Returns Policy
Short Deliveries
Claims for short deliveries must be submitted within seven (7) days of receipt. Please indicate the carton or bale where the shortage occurred and, if possible, provide the weight of the carton or bale to assist with verification. For short delivery claims, kindly contact us at admin@pu7pl3designs.co.za.
Incorrect or Defective Stock
If items are supplied incorrectly, or if they contain manufacturing defects or fabric flaws, they may be returned for replacement. Replacements will only be processed once the original delivery has been returned and under the following conditions only:
- The product has not been used
- The product has not been washed
- The product has not been damaged or dirtied
- The customer pays for the cost of cartage back to our warehouse

Correctly Supplied Stock
As a general rule, correctly supplied stock cannot be returned.
Ownership of Goods
Ownership of the goods delivered or collected shall only pass to the purchaser after the purchase price has been paid in full.
